Welcome to the Tax Processors Plus Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the program.

1. Program Overview

The Tax Processors Plus Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our services through your unique affiliate link. Participation in the program is subject to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Eligibility

a) You must be 18 years or older to participate in the program.
b) Only affiliates approved by Tax Processors Plus can earn commissions.
c) Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

a) Promote Tax Processors Plus services using ethical and legal marketing practices.

b) Ensure that any content promoting our services complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property and advertising standards.

c) Do not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or spammy promotional activities.

4. Commissions

a) Affiliates will earn 10% of the subscription cost for each customer they refer, for the lifetime of the customer.

b) Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on a Net 60 basis.

c) A referral is deemed valid when: The customer signs up using your affiliate link. The customer’s payment is successfully processed and not refunded.

d) Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to disqualify commissions if fraudulent activity or violation of the terms is detected.

5. Payouts

a) Payouts will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
b) Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
c) A minimum earnings threshold of $30 must be met to qualify for a payout.

6. Termination

a) Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time by providing written notice.

b) Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately if: You violate these terms. Fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.

c) Upon termination, any outstanding commissions may be forfeited if found to be in violation of these terms.

7. Affiliate Link Usage

a) You will be provided a unique affiliate link to track your referrals.

b) Affiliates must not modify or mask the link to mislead users.

c) Tax Processors Plus is not responsible for any lost commissions due to incorrect or improper use of affiliate links.

8. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned, as required by their local laws.

9. Confidentiality

All affiliate data, commissions, and performance metrics are confidential.

Affiliates must not disclose sensitive program information to third parties without prior written consent from Tax Processors Plus.

10. Modification of Terms

Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
