Fair Use Policy (Last Updated: 11/15/2024)

Purpose and Applicability

This Fair Use Policy is designed to maintain the integrity and availability of Tax Processors Plus services by establishing clear guidelines for the responsible and equitable use of support and onboarding resources. All customers (“Clients”) who engage with our services agree to abide by this policy to ensure a seamless experience for all users.

Support Services Usage

Response Time Commitments:

a) Tax Processors Plus Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensures an initial response to support inquiries within 15 minutes. However, we aim to deliver responses in under 2 minutes whenever feasible.

b)Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly to the affected Clients.

Prohibited Practices:

a) Abuse of support services includes, but is not limited to: Excessive or repetitive inquiries that do not require immediate resolution. Submitting multiple requests for trivial or redundant issues. Deliberately prolonging conversations to monopolize resources.

b) Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to determine abusive behavior at its discretion.

Service Quality Assurance:

a)Continuous abusive usage may negatively impact service quality for other Clients. To maintain service equity, Tax Processors Plus may issue warnings, limit access to support channels, or, in extreme cases, terminate services.

Monitoring and Enforcement:

a) Tax Processors Plus monitors usage patterns to ensure compliance. Any suspected misuse will prompt an internal review, followed by appropriate actions such as issuing notices or restricting access.

Onboarding Services Usage

Defined Usage Period:

a) Onboarding services are offered for a specified duration as part of the Client’s subscription. Clients are encouraged to utilize resources efficiently and within the designated timeframe.

Prohibited Practices:

a) Misuse of onboarding services includes actions such as: Repeatedly rescheduling sessions without valid reasons. Extending onboarding periods beyond reasonable limits. Consuming excessive resources beyond what is necessary for successful onboarding.

Monitoring and Enforcement:

a) Usage of onboarding services will be tracked to ensure equitable access. Non-compliance will result in corrective measures, including restricted service access or onboarding termination.

Policy Modifications

Tax Processors Plus reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
